Walkthrough Request

ONLY COMPLETE THIS FORM IF YOU WERE PREVIOUSLY ELIGIBLE TO ATTEND A CEREMONY BUT HAVE NOT YET ATTENDED ONE.

THIS FORM SHOULD NOT BE USED TO ATTEND A DIFFERENT CEREMONY THAN THE ONE YOU ARE INVITED TO.

A walkthrough should only be requested if you were eligible to attend a previous ceremony but have not yet attended one.

You do not need to complete a walkthrough form if you graduated in February and would like to attend convocation in June. An invitation to Spring convocation will automatically be sent to you by early May.

If your ceremony has not yet passed, you must wait to complete this form until after the last ceremony in that convocation is completed. For example: You would like to request to walkthrough for October 2026 rather than attending in your original June 2026 ceremony, all June 2026 ceremonies must be completed before you submit a request.

Walkthrough requests for October 2026 Convocation are due 4 weeks before ceremonies begin.
